某飲食で「月給に月80時間のみなし残業入れてるからその程度で死んでも会社に管理責任ない」とかいう主張で最高裁までいってる案件があってな。高裁で会社側敗訴の判決出たんだけど、「こんなの認められたら業界が成り立たない」とか会社側が言い放って、この国狂ってる。
